CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must take place online or via call 48 to 24 hours before scheduled reservation time. Same day cancellations are subject to a 50% service charge.  No call No Shows will be charged the full balance. All cancellations made less than the 24 hour  grace period deposit are deemed non-refundable. We understand inconveniences happen so communication is essential to avoid these fees.

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at FearLess Beauty Studios and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late,  it is considered a no. call no show and your deposit will be forfeited. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
