Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Fearless Beauty Studios (the "Salon") and the client receiving services (the "Client") as of January 1, 2024.

1. Services: The Client agrees to purchase services from Fearless Beauty Studios, as outlined in the service description and the corresponding amount provided by the Salon.

2. Payment: The Client agrees to pay the full amount for the services rendered by Fearless Beauty Studios. Payment shall be made in the manner specified by the Salon.

3. Dissatisfaction and Claims: If the Client is dissatisfied with the services received, they have a period of 48 hours from the completion of the service to contact the Salon via email or text to state their claim. The Client must provide detailed information regarding the nature of their dissatisfaction.

4. Rectification: Upon receiving a claim, Fearless Beauty Studios agrees to make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation and work with the Client to provide suitable solutions. This may include, but is not limited to, correcting the service or providing additional services.

5. Communication: All communication related to dissatisfaction claims shall be conducted via email or text. The Client is responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and up-to-date.

6. Limitation of Liability: Fearless Beauty Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the services provided, including but not limited to dissatisfaction claims.

7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Fearless Beauty Studios and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
